At our school, we are dedicated to teaching and preserving the traditional Choy Li Fut system, a martial art from southern China renowned for its power, fluidity, and effectiveness in both combat and personal development.

We believe that the constant practice of Choy Li Fut not only strengthens the body, but also cultivates discipline, perseverance, self-control, and respect. We understand kung fu as a path to comprehensive development: physical, mental, and ethical. Our Purpose
